Submitted by Grace INGREDIENTS 2 squares bitter chocolate 1/4 pound butter 2 cups sifted powdered sugar 3/4 cup Carnation milk DIRECTIONS Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler. Add the sifted powdered sugar and milk. Stir well. Cook about 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold over ice cream.

This is good on a variety of meats and poultry and some like it on their mashed or baked potatoes.
