DESCRIPTION
Serve over angel food cake.

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Juice of 1 orange
- Grated rind of 1 orange
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped
DIRECTIONS
Combine sugar, flour, juice, rind and egg yolks; mix well. Cook until thickened. Cool. Blend whipped cream with orange mixture and serve over angel food cake.
