This is a simple recipe for a great breakfast! It’s easy to make at home or while camping.

- 1 dozen eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
Extra Ingredients: (all optional)
- cheese
- bacon bits
- Canadian bacon
- sausage
- onions
- green peppers
- chili peppers
- tomatoes
- mushrooms
- shredded or cubed hash brown potatoes
- corn beef hash
- ham
- Spam
- chicken
- hamburger
- sliced hot dogs
- broccoli
- spinach
- sour cream
- salsa
- garlic
- crushed tortilla chips
- chili powder

To season after cooking:
- salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS
Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook until the eggs begin to set. With a spatula or wooden spoon fold the eggs over so the uncooked portions can cook. Continue to fold until all of the mixture is cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
Extra ingredients: If you have leftovers, cook any raw ingredients first. Add the extra ingredients to the eggs mixture before cooking.
