DESCRIPTION
Great for camping/scouting. These are just like a famous fast-food burger restaurant makes them!
- 1 dozen eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 9 brown & serve sausages
- 9 slices of cheese
- tub butter
- 9 English muffins
DIRECTIONS
Heat the brown & serve sausages on a griddle until cooked and set aside in a covered pot. Butter each half of the English muffins, brown on the griddle and set aside in a pot with the sausages. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large square skillet. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook until the eggs begin to set. Separate the eggs into 9 square pieces with a spatula and flip them over. Cook until the eggs are solid and lightly brown. Layer 1 egg square, 1 sausage and 1 piece of cheese between two English muffin halves.
Alternatives: Instead of sausages try bacon, Canadian bacon, Spam or salami. Use croissants instead of English muffins.
