Submitted by Martha INGREDIENTS 8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled 2 teaspoons (or more) minced garlic 1/3 cup olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 4 ounces green chilies 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded DIRECTIONS Mix all ingredients well. Serve with crackers or toasted hard bread.
