DESCRIPTION
This is easy to make while camping.

- 1 large baking potato
- tin foil
For Toppings:
- butter
- sour cream
- chives
- bacon bits
- cheese
DIRECTIONS
Start a fire to get a good bed of coals. Wash the potatoes and poke them with a fork several times. Wrap them with 2 layers of tin foil. Place them in the coals and cook them for 30-60 minutes or until they are soft turning them on each side for 15 minutes.
