Turtle Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup chocolate chips
14 ounces caramels
2 cups nuts

DIRECTIONS

Prepare cake mix as directed and pour 1/2 of mix into greased 9×13 inch pan. Melt caramels with the butter and milk in microwave or over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour over cake. Sprinkle with 1/2 of nuts and all of chocolate chips. Pour rest of batter over filling. Sprinkle on the remaining nuts. Bake for another 20 minutes.
