Anyone can make this delicious cake!

- 1 yellow cake mix
- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 pint whipping cream or half & half.
DIRECTIONS
Prepare cake mix as directed and pour into greased 9×13 inch pan. Mix rhubarb and sugar and put on top of cake batter. Pour on the pint of cream. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
