So delicious it doesn’t need a topping.

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 cups rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 pint whipping cream
DIRECTIONS
Mix the cake mix according to package directions and put in a 9×13 inch cake pan. Combine sugar and rhubarb and distribute over unbaked cake mix. Pour 1 pint whipping creme over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 55 minutes.
