- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup light corn syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Cream together butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar. Beat in corn syrup, eggs, and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt, and then add to creamy mixture.
Use 2 tablespoons scoop, put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees F for 12 to 13 minutes. Leave on cookie sheet for 5 minutes.
