- 2 cups turkey or chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup Bisquick
- 1 – 4 ounce jar mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
DIRECTIONS
Grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
