- 16 chicken wings (about 3 pounds)
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 large cloves garlic, crushed and minced
- pepper (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut off bony tips of wings. Cut each wing in half at the joint. Place in a single layer in a shallow 3 quart baking dish. In a medium blow, stir honey, catsup, soy sauce, oil, garlic and pepper until blended. Pour over chicken pieces, turning to coat. Bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown, basting occasionally.
