DESCRIPTION

Fiesta means celebration & this tasty treat would enhance any celebration.

INGREDIENTS

2 boxes of Mac & Cheese
1 cup milk
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter
2 pound hamburger
1 can of corn
1 jar of salsa

DIRECTIONS

Cook the Mac & Cheese according to the box directions. While the Mac & cheese is cooking, brown the hamburger in a large skillet and drain the grease. Heat the corn until it is hot. Add the hamburger, corn and desired amount of salsa to the Mac & Cheese & stir until blended.
