Favorite Sugar Cookies Recipe

Yield: 3 to 4 dozen cookies

DESCRIPTION

These melt in your mouth!

• 1 cup canola oil
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup powered sugar
• 1 cup white sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 5 cups flour

DIRECTIONS

Mix the oil, butter, powered sugar and white sugar together.
Add the eggs, cream of tartar, soda, vanilla & flour. Roll into balls, place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and press lightly with a sugared glass.

Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees F depending on your oven.
Makes a large batch.
