Dutch Oven Easy Sausage Egg Bake Recipe

DESCRIPTION

Great for camping!

INGREDIENTS

2 cans of sliced potatoes
1 package of brown & serve sausage links
1 – 4 ounce can of mushroom pieces
8 eggs
1 cup of any shredded cheese

DIRECTIONS

Place sausage links in the bottom of the pan. Drain potatoes and layer over the sausage. Beat eggs with 1/4 cup of water. Drain the mushrooms and add them to the eggs. Pour egg mix over the potatoes and top everything with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-35 minutes.
