Cherry Coffee Cake Recipe

• 1 cup butter
• 1 3/4 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 3 cups flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 can cherry pie filling

DIRECTIONS

Cream together butter and sugar. Add and beat eggs. Stir in flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Put 2/3 of dough in a 10×15 inch pan. Spread cherry pie filling. Add remaining 1/3 of dough by spoonfuls. Don’t spread the dough. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.

Frost with powder sugar frosting and drizzle while coffee cake is warm.
