A Christmas morning tradition

- 1 1/2 boxes cheddar cheese croutons
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 pounds browned pork sausage
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
DIRECTIONS
Put croutons in bottom of 9×13 inch pan. Add browned sausage. Mix eggs, mustard and 2 cups milk and pour over mixture in pan. Sprinkle cheese over ingredients in pan and then refrigerate overnight. Next day, pour soup with 1/2 cup milk over all. Bake at 300 degrees F for 1 1/2 hour.
