- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup real chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup Spanish peanuts
DIRECTIONS
Crush Oreo cookies. Mix with 1/2 cup melted butter. Put in 9×13 inch pan. Spread ice cream over cookie crust. Freeze.
In a saucepan, mix powdered sugar, 1/2 cup butter, chocolate chips, and evaporated milk. Boil for 8 minutes and cool. Add vanilla. Sprinkle peanuts over ice cream. Pour cooled chocolate over peanuts. Freeze overnight.
