Dried Beef Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 ounces cream cheese
16 ounces sour cream
5 tablespoons milk
4 1/2 ounces dried beef
onion & garlic powder to taste
salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Chop the dried beef, then mix together all the ingredients except the sour cream. Fold in the sour cream. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Serve with crackers.
