Combine water, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, salt, pineapple juice (drained) in saucepan.  Cook until clear and slightly thickened.  Pour sauce over pork; cover and cook 30 minutes.  Add pineapple chunks, green pepper and onion; cook 2 minutes longer.
