You&#8217;ll be glad you did.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>10 fresh green peppers</li><li>2 pounds  hamburger or ground venison</li><li>2 pounds  pork sausage</li><li>1  medium onion, chopped</li><li>2 cups  bread crumbs or cracker crumbs</li><li>2 cups  minute rice</li><li>1 can  tomato sauce</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Spices to Taste:</strong></em></p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Worcestershire sauce</li><li>basil</li><li>oregano</li><li>salt &amp; pepper</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Sauce:</em></strong></p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>chopped tomatoes or tomato soup for baking</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepare peppers by washing, cutting off the tops and cleaning out the seeds. Set aside.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix together hamburger pork sausage, onion, bread crumbs, rice, tomato sauce &amp; spices to taste.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stuff meat mixture into each pepper.  </p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place in baking dish and pour a sauce (tomato soup or fresh chopped tomatoes) over peppers.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
