No tomatoes in this recipe.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>8 ounces lasagna noodles, cooked</li><li>2 pounds cottage cheese</li><li>2 &#8211; 10 ounce  packages frozen spinach</li><li>2 eggs</li><li>1 tablespoon chopped parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley</li><li>1/2 cup (or less) softened butter</li><li>salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste</li><li>1 pound Monterrey Jack cheese</li><li>1 cup grated Parmesan cheese</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook noodles.  Cook spinach and drain well.  Mix the eggs, cottage cheese parsley, butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder in bowl.  Place a layer of noodles in a greased 9&#215;13 inch pan followed by layers of cottage cheese mixture, Monterrey Jack cheese, spinach and Parmesan cheese.  Repeat layers.
