Yum Yum</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 3/4 cups unsifted flour </li><li>1 tablespoon sugar</li><li>2 teaspoons salt</li><li>1 package active dry yeast</li><li>2 1/2 cups warm water</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combine flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast in a large bowl.  Gradually add warm water and beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.  Cover; let stand at room temperature for four days.  Stir down daily.  To re-use starter:  Add 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water, 3/4 cup unsifted flour and 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar to unused starter.  Beat for one minute at medium speed.  Cover; let stand until ready to make bread again.
