Fry [&hellip;]</p>\n","content":"\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>Submitted by April</em></p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 &#8211; 9 inch unbaked pie shell</li><li>8 slices bacon</li><li>1/2 pound Swiss cheese shredded</li><li>1 tablespoon flour</li><li>1/2 teaspoon  salt</li><li>3 eggs</li><li>dash nutmeg</li><li>1 3/4 cup milk</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake pie shell at 450 degrees F for 7 minutes.  Remove from oven and reduce heat to 325 degrees F.  Fry bacon until crisp, drain and crumble and reserve 2 tablespoons for top.  Place remaining bacon in pie shell.  Add cheese and remaining ingredients.  Sprinkle reserved bacon on top.  Bake at 325 degrees F for 35-40 minutes (generally longer) or until almost set in center.
