    "result": {"data":{"post":{"id":"cG9zdDoyMzI4","uri":"/recipes/view/oriental-rice/","excerpt":"<p>Some like it hot; some like it mild!</p>\n","content":"\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Servings: 4</p></blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>Submitted by campfiregal</em></p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>DESCRIPTION</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some like it hot; some like it mild!</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 cup  rice (pre-cooked)</li><li>1 &#8211; 2 ounce package  slivered almonds</li><li>1 small package  fresh mushrooms, sliced</li><li>1/2 cup  finely chopped celery</li><li>1/2 cup  finely chopped green pepper</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saute almonds in butter until brown, remove and cool.  Saute mushrooms until tender in butter &amp; add salt and pepper to taste. Combine cooked rice, almonds and the mushrooms in large fry pan.  Turn to low heat, add celery and green peppers and let simmer 1 hour, turning grequently.  Last ten minutes add soy sauce to satisfy your taste.
