Put a menu up so your Scouts can see it and listen for the giggles and comments.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 cups  sugar</li><li>1 stick  of butter</li><li>1/2 cup  milk</li><li>1/2 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder</li><li>3 cups  of oatmeal (not instant)</li><li>1 tablespoon  vanilla extract</li><li>1 roll  of waxed paper</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blend the sugar, butter, milk and cocoa powder in a large pot over medium heat.  Increase the heat and boil for 3 minutes stirring constantly.  Remove from the heat, add the oatmeal and vanilla and stir until mixed.
