    "result": {"data":{"post":{"id":"cG9zdDo5MDc=","uri":"/recipes/view/molasses-cookies-3/","excerpt":"<p>Makes soft cookies.</p>\n","content":"\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Servings: 18</p></blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>Submitted by Steve</em></p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>DESCRIPTION</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p>Makes soft cookies.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>3/4 cup shortening</li><li>1 1/8 cup packed brown sugar</li><li>1 egg</li><li>1/2 cup molasses</li><li>2 1/2 cups flour</li><li>1 teaspoon salt</li><li>2 teaspoons baking soda</li><li>1/2 teaspoon ground cloves</li><li>1 teaspoon ground cinnamon</li><li>1 teaspoon ground ginger</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cream together shortening and brown sugar.  Stir in egg and molasses.  Mix well. Add dry ingredients and stir.  Cover and chill for 1-2 hours, until firm.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roll dough into small balls and roll into white sugar.  Place on lightly greased cooking sheets and press down on balls with a glass to flatten slightly.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake 9-10 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
