Heat oven to 350 degrees F.  Beat sugar, Bisquick, evaporated milk, margarine, eggs, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla in blender or two minutes on high with hand mixer.  Pour into pie tin and bake 50-55 minutes until knife comes out clean.
