Try it. Tastes like summer sausage.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 pound fat ground beef</li><li>1 teaspoon curing salt (Morton&#8217;s tender quick)</li><li>1/2 teaspoon mustard seed</li><li>1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper, ground</li><li>1/2 teaspoon garlic salt</li><li>2 to 3 drops liquid smoke</li><li>1 teaspoon celery salt</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix ingredients together and store in refrigerator for four days.  Stir/mix each day.  On the fourth day, mix and shape into a roll about 3 inches in diameter.  Wrap in foil, set on a broiler pan, and bake at 140 degrees F (oven&#8217;s lowest setting) for 8 hours.
