In a saucepan, combine water and the remaining 1 cup of blueberries.  Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.  Strain and SAVE the juice.<br>Combine the sugar and cornstarch. Gradually, add the reserved juice.  Cook until thick and clear.  Cool slightly,then stir in the lemon juice.  Pour this over the blueberries in the pie crust.
