    "result": {"data":{"post":{"id":"cG9zdDo1MzQ=","uri":"/recipes/view/garlic-shrimp-with-pasta/","excerpt":"<p>This is really easy to make and tastes great.</p>\n","content":"\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Prep Time: 10 minutes</p><p>Cook Time: 20 minutes</p><p>Servings: 4</p></blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>Submitted by Steve</em></p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>DESCRIPTION</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is really easy to make and tastes great.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>16 ounces pasta nuggets or spiral</li><li>4 to 6 tablespoons olive oil</li><li>3 cloves garlic</li><li>16 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined with tail</li><li>1/2 cup Parmesan cheese</li><li>2 teaspoons parsley flakes</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Boil lightly salted water in a large pot.  Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the pasta.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. While pasta is boiling, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.  Start with 4 Tbps of oil and add up to 2 more if needed.  Slice the garlic and saute for 5 minutes. Toss in shrimp and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Remove shrimp and set aside.  Remove garlic and discard, but keep the oil.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Return the pasta to the pot.  Pour oil over pasta in the pot and stir.  Add the Parmesan cheese onto pasta and stir until mixed together.
