Serve with sauteed onions.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 pound liver, (beef) sliced into strips</li><li>1 cup French dressing</li><li>1 egg, beaten</li><li>1 cup cracker crumbs or Panko chips</li><li>oil for frying</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slice liver into 1/2 inch strips.<br>Marinate in French dressing for 30 minutes (refrigerated).<br>Heat oil in frying pan to 350 degrees F.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shake off excess dressing.
