Add salt &amp; pepper to taste.Add the celery, carrots and onions and cook with the hamburger until softened a bit.  Transfer all into large kettle and add the tomatoes, basil parsley flakes &amp; sugar. Add more tomatoes if desired or a bit of water if it boils down too much.
