Save 1/2 of this mixture for the top after rolling tortilla shells.<br>2) Grate the cheddar and monterey cheese.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put a small amount of chicken mixture in tortilla shell.  Sprinkle a little cheese on top.  Fold and place them in a baking dish.  After making 12 tortillas, cover them with the remaining chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
