In a skillet, brown bacon.  In another skillet brown the ground beef and onions.  Combine all the beans with the ground beef and bacon.  Place in a 2 quart greased baking dish. Add the saved liquid.  Mix the brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar and salt into a sauce and pour over the ingredients in baking dish.
