Add to the skillet and continue to cook.  </p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reduce heat and add the onions, carrots, mushrooms, green pepper and kiwi fruit and continue to cook, stirring occasionally.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover and cook until vegetables are done but not mushy.
